HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Rowan Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
