HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Ashton Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
