HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Miami producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
