HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Inspection Services is an inspection company in Boston with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
