HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Virginia Beach, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
