HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Iron Learning Group is an education provider in Albuquerque serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
