HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Solutions grows and distributes produce from farms near Wichita. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
