HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Ivory Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
