HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Lakeside Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
