HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
