HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright West Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
