HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Stone Banking Services is a regional lender in Knoxville with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
