HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Orchard Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
