HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Keystone Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Baltimore region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 787 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
