HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Markets serves neighbourhoods around Milwaukee with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
