HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
