HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in Toledo supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
