HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Birch Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We reward reliability. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
