HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Charleston design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
