HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Rowan Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
