HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Quarry Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in Toledo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
