HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Learning Group is an education provider in Miami serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
