HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ashton Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
