HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Field Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Indianapolis area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
