HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Field Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Knoxville plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
