HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Fern Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
