HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lantern Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
