HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Honolulu focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
