HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Oak Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
