HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Ember Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
