HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Vale Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
