HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Lantern Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
