HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Harbor Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 664 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
