HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Nest Staffing connects candidates and employers across the San Antonio region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 250 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
