HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Glen Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
