HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Willow Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Pittsburgh region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
