HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright Beacon Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Indianapolis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
