HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight North Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
