HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Clear Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
