HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Amber Property Management Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
