HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Field Manufacturing makes precision components in Reno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 811 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
