HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Bridge Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Philadelphia, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
