HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
