HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Indianapolis region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
