HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Oklahoma City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
