HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Junction Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Oakland. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 805 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
