HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 240 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
