HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
