HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Union Facilities is a facilities company in Jacksonville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
