HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
